What if you got a weapon of choice to defend yourself what would it be?

If you mean martial arts weapons, I'd probably want a 7 or 8" hanbo (a short piece of wooden dowel wrapped in electrical tape.

Second choice would be nunchaku, and third would be escrima sticks.

I could effectively take out more attackers quickly with a blade. But despite having the training, the thought of actually cutting another person with a knife makes me sick. :( However, a good clubbing with the kubodo weapons would certainly disuade attackers and let them live to (hopefully) learn from their experiences. :D

I agree with your 2nd and 3rd choices over the nunchuckus. I practice the Filipino Arts myself and find the techniques very useful against multiple attackers. XD

Yeah, even though I love the nunchaku, there's too much lag time after a strike. Against 1 or 2 attackers they'd be great. But more than that and I would probably hold both handles in one hand and use them like a hanbo.

LOL XD The subtitled version? The subtitled version of what? My life only comes in one version. And though I may sometimes wish it did, it never has subtitles! But it's always in the proper, original languages it's supposed to be in- so that's a plus!:D

I was just kidding around. That's the name I think sounds coolest for this weapon, that's all. Trident, Tiger Fork, Devil Fork, there's a whole bunch of different names for it.

My favorite dirty tools are 12 guage combat shotgun (auto or pump), 9mm machine pistol (Micro Uzi or Mac-10), white oak bokuto, balisong, Cold Steel fist knife, pepper spray, truncheon (baton), shuko (nasty claws) and sap gloves!

Of course, I'm not an action hero and don't like jail, so in reality I just carry pepper spray and my wits.
