Men of the Hour

Anyone know if a different version of this film exists? I'm wondering because the one put out on the Kung Fu Theater label (as Men on the Hour) seems to cutoff some of the fights and some parts seem out of place. It uses the Black Hercules vs Yellow Tiger as a source version as it lists that name under the description. Thanks.
