I hope I'm allowed to ask this (subtitles)

I hope I'm allowed to ask this, without breaking any forum rules. I saw a similar thread so I thought I'd ask. Does anyone have subtitles for the following movies:
My Lucky Stars (preferably the old HK (Universe?) ones. HKL is cut and it would be too much to add the missing subtitles and adjust the times.)
The Protector (HK version)

The reasons I need these are as follows:
I have the Fox version of My Lucky Stars which has dubtitles.
The Chinese version of The Protector that I have (I think it's Zoke) doesn't have English subtitles at all (though I was not aware of that when I bought it).

If anyone can help me out, I'll be happy to explain how to rip the subtitles. Again, I hope that I'm not out of line for asking for these.

I found different ones for My Lucky Stars but they'll need retiming, thanks for that link. I didn't think to look there. None for the HK cut of The Protector though.
