The chances of anyone knowing this movie are pretty slim. Mainly because I have no details to give you about it. But I have been looking for this movie for ages. All I can tell you is it came out late 70's/early 80's and it starred one of the bruce lee clone actors as the villain. And he wore all white during the whole movie. White pants and white top.
LOL i know that's nothing to go on but it's just a shot. Just your typical low budget kung fu movie with lots of fighting. Can't remeber the plot. Only other thing I remember was the main hero of the movie wore all dark blue.
