Is he from The Philippines?
Produced a series of no-budget Bruceploitation flicks with P.T. Insantra (and South Korean companies).
Insantra (or Insan Film) is a HK company but I'm wondering about Jeffrey's company: R.J.T. Group?
I know nothing about Filipino cinema so maybe someone here can help me out?
