(For some reason, I get NO threads in search about Jet Li, even though there's one from an on-topic spammer? called "Favorite Jet Li Movie.")

I really haven't seen that much at all from Jet Li...

I've seen The Mummy III: Return of the Dragon Emperor, Fearless, Black Mask, maybe Lethal Weapon 4, and part of The One.

So far, I have:
The Forbidden Kingdom
Jet Li's Fearless (director's cut, although I think I've only seen the original)
Unleashed
Cradle 2 the Grave
Romeo Must Die
Fist of Legend
Tai-Chi Master

I want to get The One, Hero, Kiss of the Dragon, Lethal Weapon 4 (and the other 3), Contract Killer, Black Mask (I had the US version,) The Enforcer (I know about the Dragon Dynasty problems,) the Once Upon a Time in China series, The Defender, The Legend of Fong Sai-Yuk, and The Master, among others. I'd at least like all of the titles that were released in the USA from Miramax, etc., although I'd prefer the original uncut versions with accurate subtitles.

Which of these are worth getting, and what are the best versions? Are there any great films I left off?

Once Upon A Time In China is defintly worth getting, there's the Once Upon A Time In China Collection with the first three movies but for some reason the 6th and last movie (In America, part 4 and 5 had another actor playing Wong Fei Hung) isn't on the collection: http://www.amazon.ca/Once-Upon-Time-China-Collection/dp/B00005K9O2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1238966014&sr=1-1

or if you're living in the UK, then there is the OUIATIC Trilogy DVD set with the first 3 films also:

I think you should also buy: Dr. Wai in The Scripture with No Words (96), Dragon Fight (89) and Born To Defend (86).

All above mentioned are good. Also Last Hero In China(Claws of Steel) is good and Evil Cult(Kung Fu Cult Master) are good.

Does anyone know where I can find a region 1 release of Once Upon A Time in China and America(a dub would be good too)?

I'd suggest Shaolin Temple, Kids From Shaolin, Martial Arts Of Shaolin, The Defender, Once Upon A Time in China series, Fong Sai Yuk, The New Legend Of Shaolin. These are all favorites of mine & generally popular, well known films.

Highly recommend HERO. IMO, HERO, along with FEARLESS, are Jet Li's best performances. I would recommend the Director's cut of HERO over the theatrical cut. The subs on this version are accurate. IMO, HERO is one of the greatest martial arts movies ever made. Christ Doyle's cinematography is unbelievable, along with the costumes, sets, locations, etc. IMO, a true masterpiece of film making.

Because of distribution North American distribution rights, you'll need to order it from a non-US retailer. Highly recommend dddhouse.com:

HERO Director's cut:

This DVD is simply awesome. The DVD menu graphics are beautiful and is in English along side the Mandarin characters.
