Seems a bit pointless, considering the state of selling cult films in stores. I'd rather seen a brand new title

Apparently CoI was a big seller much to the suprise of BU (which is actually shutting down soon according to owner Bill Lustig as he feels hes put out all the films he wanted to)

We had a special ed of this not that long ago. Has much of the same extras on one disc like the commentary, Carradine Interview, the history, etc. But, I would probably get it at a discount

Never was a fan of this film, Jeff Cooper was a weak lead looking like a California Surfer and not having much martial arts skill either, the only time he really looked good was when Joe Lewis was doubling for him. And Carradine is Carradine so you know not to expect much in the way of fighting from him. A rather strange and sometimes silly film full of Zen quotations and riddles from a story by the late Bruce Lee. Maybe if Lee had lived he could have made this film work.

I love David Carradine, but this has to be one of the dumbest, dullest, most pretentious pieces of crap I have ever seen. It makes FORCE: FIVE look like CITIZEN KANE. I think it's safe to say that, had Bruce Lee lived, we would have had to sit through a lot more of this kind of garbage.

Don't get me wrong, I like Carradine and think he is a great actor, he played the role of Caine in Kung Fu to perfection. But he has never been much of a martial artist, if Lee had played the several roles that Carradine ended up playing in the film I'm sure the fights and overall movie would have been alot better. I think Carradine was of course a better actor than Bruce but had no where near his charisma and skill. Even if Lee had lived and made several of these Zen Philosophy type movies like Circle of Iron I doubt people would have complained, Lee's charisma and skill was so awesome that everything he touched seem to turn to gold and he knew how to make an entertaining film martial arts wise.

I have a soft spot for this film since I saw it in the theater because of Carradine and Christopher Lee but this has to have the most bogus fight choreography ever!
