I was watching hell's wind staff last night and a friend of mine told me that the lead actor meng yuen-man got really sick and retired from the business. Is there any truth to that and if so what happen to him? The guy seemed very young and very agile. Anyway he performed very well in this film, wonderful acrobat.

I just saw The Master Strikes and he was pretty good in it. Did he die?

I read somewhere he had heart trouble, he was a good acrobat and was pretty good in the few films he made that I have seen

Heart attack in '81 or '82. Forced him to quit movies. His last movie was Lover's Blades in '81. See him in Master Strikes, Daggers 8, Fighting Fool and the soon to be released Coward Bastard. Super energetic, athletic acrobat.

Let us not forget the elusive "Fairy, The Ghost and Ah Chung".

wow, man what cruel fate. But at least he's still alive. He was truly a good acrobat.
