Last night for the first time I saw the best show ever...Mind, Body & kickin moves on SportSouth. If anyone has seen this please tell me more about this amazing show...I was so amazed & engrossed in the show I stayed up till 1:30am for the next showing.

i have the dvd as well watch them all for the first time on Christmas day 2006 along with Project A & Armour of God & boxing day i watched Kung Fu hustle. :)

Thanks Bob...that would be great! I saw a man move a car with a bar resting on his chi hardened neck! WHOA! that was awesome. Cable is so much fun! (my parents have it & I don't):)
