KungFu Emperor - is it any good ?

I'm planning to buy the dvd, can someone tell me if this film worth my money ?

It had top Shaw Brothers star, Ti Lung, Shih Szu, even Chen Sing and Tan Tao Liang.

It's been a while since I saw it but I thought it was alright, I think the story is the same as that in Lady Assassin and Rebellious Reign.
