One of the best would have to be Thirty Sixth Chamber of Shaolin aka Master Killer.

I think a bunch of Jackie's Lo Wei films had elements such as the ones you mentioned. Some of the first MA flicks I've ever seen, don't trust the negative reviews, there actually a lot of fun. 36th Chamber is the definitive one though.

Bells of Death is a great revenge movie. Also Iron Monkey with Chen Kuan Tai. He takes revenge to another level!
