Chang Yi film?

I'm trying to locate a copy of a Chang Yi film I had on VHS years ago. I'm pretty sure Polly Shan was in it teemed up with some lesser known lead. At the end of the film they meet up with Chang Yi (the villian with long white hair if I remember correctly) who has a peculiar sensitivity to the light. They battle him inside a building boarded up and very dark. To defeat him they knock the boards off the windows so as to blind him with the light of day. Anyone know the title to this film? I'm trying to locate it on DVD.

in the dollar bin i think it's called Kung Fu Shadow.

The cheepie one can be found on e-bay. It's called "Kung Fu Shadow". The other (Imperial Sword) is on Vengeance Video.

It's full screen/dubbed. I purchased it a few months ago and am happy with it.
