gaddamn i love them monkeys!!

ok. i know i use this forums to air out personal things (mostly just to get objective feedback...plus i like what you fellas have to say..you make me laugh). it's been a wild few weeks.

for starters...well my home was robbed...WHILE I WAS IN IT. which to me is quite embarrassing.

i leave the back porch door open since i get up alot at night to let the dogs out. it's an indoor porch which has a wall directly next to my bedroom. i heard it open about 2am. the dogs were still, so i thought it was the cats rustling about. then i heard another faint noise.

i said hello. suzy as still fast asleep. the woman can sleep thru two elephants fucking in a thunderstorm.

usually...i have alot of friends or bandmates that come over at night for equipment or a place to crash since i don't like them drinking and driving. thing is...they always call first. plus i live 2 blocks from the police depot...and i have nosy ass neighbors that will call me when anything happens.

well...another noise. this time the dogs dart out of bed and into the kitchen, where the porch leads to in the house. that's it...i opened my drawer and loaded my gun.

now mind you, i have no problems with guns. i just have a big problem shooting people whom i might know.

i slowly walked through the house to the kitchen and turned on all the lights till i got there. one dog was at the back door, the other downstairs, where all the lights were on. im a light bill nazi, so i know i didn't do that. i checked the downstairs and saw nothing gone. maybe suzy left them on when she did the laundry before bed. i walked upstairs and still the same. nothing amiss (although given the state of my house right now it would have been hard to tell. i locked up everything, checked my phone and saw that noone called, and went back to bed.

noon the next day, suzy calls me and tells me 500 is missing from her purse. it was on the kitchen counter next to the porch door. half the mortgage gone. fuck beans.

someone i know? that's what i thought until the next night i talked with my hippy neighbor. he said some dudes with an out of state plate who didnt fit the description of anyone i hung out with were parked in my alley with the lights off about the same time. they stayed there for fifteen minutes until he approached them. he said he did that because they looked funny and he says he recognizes everyone i know that comes over. they said they were looking for "Hector" and then sped off.

i was pissed. he calls me about everything, and he couldn't call me about this? police said they fit the description of a few break-ins in the area. alot of good that does me. shit. how could i be so stupid? now i have to secure a fortress of solitude and work crazy hours just to make ends meet.

here is the kicker. sunday i started throwing up blood. went to the hospital. ive lost 20 pounds in the last 2 months and im not really working out. i now have a stress induced ulcer. Yay!

somebody please just post something to make me laugh or bruce li or something. damn. i wish it were the cokeheads this time.

and in closing

bloody ninja theives, they come in, spot the purse, instead of jus nabbin it they go through it.

And i agree with Mark, swap one of your dogs for a martial arts monkey or maybe have this monkey ----->:khi4f: to live by ur porch 24/7. There is nothing like a crazy ass monkey to scare away criminals...hell you can even pay me some money and i'll fly my mom over there, she can scare anyone.

You are not gonna like this but it is my moral duty to state:

1) You leave your back porch door open a lot:
how often and who else is aware of this?

2) Next day noon, half morgage is gone from purse but nothing else in the house:
how often is the purse usually left on the kitchen counter next to the porch door and who else is aware of this or has noticed this

3) Next day night, neigbhor says guys with out of state plates sit in your drive

4) Neigbhor usually tells you about everything but fails to notify you about this till you enquired

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

( I am sincerely sorry about your predicament and hope you get well and recover soon)

don't let a police station fool you down the street, its false security. it's scary to know that some stranger has been your house especially when your home that would make me very nervous. i am glad you and your women are safe. start locking the doors, don't become easy pickings. as for your ulcer you need to relax, that sounds easier then it is. learn some tai chi chuan or some qi gung. maybe that will help

So... let me get this straight. It was not cool for me to borrow that money? Oops. My bad!

Brother, between being in a relationship (nothing is better for, nor tougher on a man than a woman), raising a wild pack of dogs, the band, the job, the guys in bars with shovels... you were bound to get an ulcer!

Stop the fire breathing bit too- bad for the ulcer!

And no monkeys for you! You remember what happened last time you hung out with monkeys don't you? Well, probably not. You were all drunk. But I'll just say this about it- monkeys, peanut butter, firecrackers, BB guns, hot wings, and trying to re-enact the film GLADIATOR... these things do not mix well. Try not to forget that again.

Seriously, Butcher Wing had some good advice- tai chi. It's not just something old people practice. It's a fantastic, highly beneficial art. Try it out man.

Now take care of yourself, and give a call if you need to vent. I'm here for you bro.

ok. the $500 is in the purse because we deposit the cash into the bank on the following day. my girlfriend has yet to open a checking, and i refuse to put her on mine. simple as that. she just got the check cashed. needless to say we now have a safe.

the neighbor (whom i did suspect) felt he didnt want to call me in the middle of the night and he would just talk to me about it later....alot of good that did. besides the police did inform me that the car and people fit the description of a few other breakins.

i no longer leave the back door unlocked at night. if the dogs need to go out, i unlock it. i just never thought i would have to worry about such a thing being in such a tight neighborhood and being so close to the police. besides, with all the band activity and parties the police are usually near my house anyway. a mistake that has been corrected. trust me...i didn't ask for this

and i know everyone in indiana has guns, however, where i live, it's not like you think. i don't live in farm country. remember, im only 20 minutes from the city, where you are not allowed to have guns.

thanks for your concern buddy

I believe what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. Those scum-bastards that robbed you will get what's due to them one day. I think it's one of the lowest things imaginable to violate the privacy of another person's home and rob from them to boot. I know from my own past experiance, when money's tight this kind of thing is a real kick in the teeth. But I sure you and your girl will get through it if you keep each other strong. Just remember not to let their theft of your money steal your humanity by filling you with hatred. People like them never end well. All the best to you and good luck.

Those ballsacks that robbed you will get robbed by Karma eventually. Hopefully they'll either pick up horrific and crippling diseases or get violated by a silverback.
Or both.

... thanks for your concern buddy

jiujitsu77, sorry my contrite sarcasm didn't come off well, I was being not so funny I guess. I'm sorry that happened to you, however, I was like I said trying to be funny pointing out how convenient you all made it for the villains. I suspect, it is someone who knows something about you, even if by way of another party.
I wasn't taking light of your situation, glad that you and your family were unharmed.

... But, maybe you need to starve the poops a lil' bit. Then they'll be ready to feast.

Here's my attempt at cheering you up,

They thought MJ was going to turn into Lando Calrisian?

But, maybe you need to starve the poops a lil' bit. Then they'll be ready to feast.

Since others spelling has been mocked for a laugh, I have to say- the above mistake is really funny!
