Anybody have any experience with this website? They have the version of Martial Arts of Shaolin I want pictured, but they have a lot of Panmedia stuff too. Im worried the movie picture is not what they have and the costumer service has yet to reply to my email.

Any Information would be helpful.

Yes, I have orderd 1 DVD from them about 7 years ago. They were the only place that had the uncut FIST OF LEGEND. I had to verify that it was in fact the Ritek version and it was. I had to stay on them to answer my emails and I also had to closely track when it shipped, by what carrier, and the estimated arrival date. I have not ordered from them again since it was such a hassle to order 1 DVD. I'm surprised they're still in business. So proceed with caution. :ooh:

So they are pretty acurate on the pictures, but crappy on business.....I may try to exaust all other options first.


EDIT: Against my better instincts, I went ahead and placed the order. I just could not find the version of the film that they had pictured anywhere else...I guess I will see...

Well after I ordered the DVD, I got the email saying it was a different version. I asked for a refund several times and still haven't heard any answer back....so unless you don't care to get something that is not as pictured and little to no communication...STAY AWAY!!

Yes, this is a ropey company.

i bought for them years ago and didn't have any problems but i know one of the people who was responsible for things passed away so things might have gone down hill

Well I still haven't got a refund or reply. The bastards even charged me 5 extra dollars according to my bank.

Not sure if I got a refund or not because they didn't contact me about it. My online bank register doesn't show it, but I'll have to wait till I get my statement to be sure.

Your online bank account should be in real time. If it's not there, it won't be on your paper statement. I always use a credit card online so charges can be disputed. I rarely, if ever, use a debit card online, but that's just me.
