thanks for the concern..Im just busy as I move back to Germany..
every now and then I have a peek here...

as for the argument,i didnt argue...I just been kicked out from the Lau family by Sifu Mark Houghton. Im not allowed to use name Lau anymore ...so this is also my last post under this name unless some moderator can change my name to FrankBolte...

Im not going further into detail so dont ask please!

I will continue my hung kuen mission and also stay here and share my scanns etc.

hopefully nobody will take sides as it already happened on facebook..strange people that dont know me at all call me arsehole etc. first I was angry but now " I am happy ! " and for those who call me names I just feel sad...
