Pardon my n00bish question guys... I recently got in a dvd (from a trade) but the volume level is really low and hard to hear. (and this is after I cranked the volume up) Anyways... Is there a way to raise the volume of the file? (iso) Re-ripping the dvd and then fixing the volume - then reburing it. If so how/what program do I need etc...

And yes I have googled it :) No luck. (unless I didn't word it correctly in my search)

It can be done, Its been a while since I messed with something like that, so I cant remember off the top of my head the names of the programs needed.

You'll have to rip the DVD and edit the audio file by itself and then put them back together.

Check out www.videohelp.com I learned a lot from thier guides and forums.

There's an easy way to do this: 1 use DVD decrypter to rip the iso into a single VOB file, so the whole movie will just be one VOB.
2 use a program called convertXtoDVD. Open the VOB file with the program, go to the audio settings and increase the volume level. Convert the VOB to DVD with the program and job done.
