Can anybody name this movie?

Hi folks,
I am new here and I would like to know if anybody can help me with a movie I have seen a lot of years ago.
It was a bloody movie from seventies and I remember a character with a very long black braid that he used as a sort of whip, finally this character died hanged by the neck with his own braid.

Does anybody remember that movie or has any clue of it

I tried to find it everywhere, but I would not be able to find it. In my country it was on theaters with a so made up name: The Shang Chi Avenger and the Seven Tigers (funny...)

Could you tell me any other bloody movies old school type?

Fist of Double K is a classic I must say......for it to be named he Shang Chi Avenger and the Seven Tigers is seriously funny......
