Super Sentai Heroes To Marry in Real Life

For anyone who is into the tokukatsu and Super Sentai series in Japan, major news broke out a few weeks ago involving two of the "Rangers" from different series.

Mika Kikuchi, 25, known for playing the Pink Ranger on the series TOKUSOU SENTAI DEKARANGER (American version was Power Rangers SPD) has been engaged to Yuuji Kishi, 39, who played the Red Ranger on the series GEKISOU SENTAI CARRANGER (American version was Power Rangers Turbo).

Kikuchi and Kishi met in 2006 while working on the Japanese production of Les Miserables for the stage. They will marry this December at the Tokyo Dome.

Two years later, it was announced via Jefusion (http://www.jefusion.com/2011/12/mika-kiuchi-yuji-kishi-divorced.html) that after nearly 2 years of marriage, RedRacer Yuji Kishi and DekaPink Mika Kikuchi have officially divorced. Both recently appeared in the Gokaiger series and 199 Super Hero Battle respectively.
