1. Lose more weight (and the Xmas wieght I'm currently putting back on!)

2. Take the next step in my career.

Similar to Markgway, I hope to lose more weight as well... but I'm not calling it a resolution! That's always the fastest way to jinx yourself.

I made some progress this year, as last Christmas/New Year I was up to a whopping (at least for me) 235 lbs, but I'm currently 220 lbs... and luckily that's AFTER all of the holiday junk food! That being said, I hope by the end of 2010 to be below 200 lbs for the first time in years... even if it's 199 lbs, I don't care!

As for other things, as bad as it sounds, I think I'm getting out of my relationship with my gf... We've been together nearly two years (this coming March will be the 2nd anniversary), and while 2008 was great for us, 2009 wasn't nearly as good... a lot of "hefty" arguments overshadowed the good times, and a bunch of minor bickering had turned hanging out into a chore  I'm not looking to get out just to go with someone else, just to help me move on and make the progress in life I need to. Eh, complicated crap, really.

And on a final note, my job... either I'm going for a raise, or I'm finding other work. While my job is semi-related to what I went to college for (I do video work for a state-wide company, while I went to college to major in film), I feel like the dreams I have of true filmmaking are being squandered and once again I feel like I'm "settling", first with my relationship, and now my work  Don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful in this day and age to even have a job, but I feel like I'm limiting myself.

All this being said, I'm using 2010 as the year of change for me... good change hopefully. Getting into the shape I want to be in, becoming emotionally independant again, and moving ahead with a "career" and not just a "job".

Hmm, maybe I rambled a bit too much

Not sure what my actual weight is but my scales groan when I get on.

Last time I bought some diet pepsi the shop assistant said: "here's your change you fat fuck!".

I think they were hinting at something...

My goal for 2010 is to emulate that serial killer from Se7en...

... so it seems that fat glutinous fuck Mark will be losing some weight this year after all... :laluot_14:

Other than that, 2010 will be the year of the Yi-Long (apart from the Breaking News bits on CNN). On my list are marrying either Shakira or Jeon Ji-Hyun (if she agrees to a boob-job), scoring the winning goal in the 2010 world cup finale (probably an own goal, but still.... quite an achievement), and obviously the same thing we plan every year, Pinky.... try to take over the world!!!

Why would this year be any different from last year!?
