Roaring Dragon, why was this movie made?

Another Tai Seng release advertising "with the star from Jet Li's Fist of Legend". Another bad movie. I liked it a little better than Hero Youngster but Billy Chow's fight with Anthony Wong was just stupid but I guess I shouldn't have expected much. Ngai Sing looks good but the fights are too short but not badly choreographed. The main issue here is the picture quality. It seriously looks like a Video Asia release!
