Default The Mighty Gambler - Robert Mak?

Is Robert Mak in this film?

See link:

The first pic with Michiko Nishiwaki and Francis Ng.

Oh, and also, is that Hsu Hsia playing Alex Man's Japanese brother?

Just checked HKMDB and that is Hsu Hsia as Alex Man's Japanese brother. As for Robert Mak, there is no Robert Mak listed, but there is a "Mak Tak-Sam" listed. He could be related to Robert Mak (perhaps his brother since Robert Mak is Mak Tak-Law?).

Obviously I got the names confused. So who is Mak Tak-Sam then? The HKMDB lists him for only one film. Seems unlikely given he's a proper Cantonese-speaking co-star rather than a stuntman or extra. He does look like Robert Mak - so if it's not an AKA then he could be a brother.

I mean if he's a brother he should resemble him (at least some parts of face had to be different), but the guy in the picture looks exactly like the same Robert Mak whom we watched in every movies. Besides if he had brother we'd see him in other films, like in case of Chou Kam Kong - i am sure he has a brother (they appeared together more than 4 times) and he's not a big star so they'd make a clone of him in films like Twin Cho Kam Kong brothers. But i can't prove antyhing without good evidence.

I see. Yeah, I think Mak Tak-Sam must be an AKA for Robert Mak. The names's too close and to have someone who looks that much like Robert would be an overwhelming coincidence.
