What if GOD was finished? We would have been treated to at least 1 hours worth of fighting in a Bruce Lee film. The existing footage comes in around nearly 30 min. and that's without the first & second floors of the temple, along with the missing log sequence between Dan Inosanto and Chieh Yuen.
![]() Secondly, we would have been treated to Bruce's Flashy '70's attire seeing the film was set in then modern day, and with James Tien's bell-bottoms and polyester short sleeve flowery shirt! Lol. Lastly, what if the film was finished, and when Bruce exited the temple he was gunned down by the Mafia boss who hired him?!Lol! The the GOD would have been played on Lee's character. (I know there were supposed to be no guns in the Martial village, but hey, it's the movies!)

That's kinda not a what if. In the original story, that's exactly what happened in the original story.

What is Bruce Lee did period martial arts films? That would be amazing! Bruce looked sweet in the photos where he is spoting period hair styles and attire.

What if Tony Jaa and Donnie Yen go at it on screen in an epic battle? Tony's Muey Thai vs Donnie's mixed martial arts style. Donnie of course would play the hero and Tony the villain. Donnie could be an undercover cop on assignment in Thailand to bust Jaa, the head of an evil drug smuggling ring, or something along those lines. :D Also, what if Shaw Brothers had not closed down in the 80's but instead had kept on making films right up to the present day? I'm sure we would have had alot more classics to choose from Celestial! What if Bruce Lee had not died and lived on to fight such great Martial Artists on film like Hwang Jang Lee, Cassanova Wong, Dick Wei, Lau Kar Leung, Yuen Biao, Benny Urquidez, Yasaki Kurata etc? The possibilities are endless!

lol, that is a good idea White Tiger but i'm afraid a real life fight between the two would look nowhere near as good as an onscreen one with great choreography and movie magic.:)
As for Seagal, I'd like to see him in a real life match against his old rival Van damme with Chuck Norris as ref! :D |

Here's a what if...what if Hwang Jang-Lee and Tan Tao-Liang were to not only fight each other in a film, but even "team up" in a film...the combination of Hwang's power and Tan's flashiness would be a hell of a kicking team

What if Fu Sheng survived the accident, and finished 8 Diagram Pole Fighter?
Would Gordon Liu have had the same success, and would Fu Sheng be big today? |

Man I would have loved to see HJL and Tan Tao Liang go at, I would also like to see Cassanova Wong go up against those two as well!
I can only imagine what Fu Sheng just like Bruce would have went on to do had he lived, whatever it would have been I'm sure it would have been great. Fu might have even cut in on Jackie's action had he lived... |
