Shaw Brothers came back. Nobody remembers “Drunken Monkey” anymore? And I'm not sure Golden Harvest “foucused” on martial arts anymore than Shaw Brothers did. sure that's what people remember, especially overseas but if you look over both GH and SB catalogs you'll find they did as many comedies, romances and musicals as anything else. As much as folks (rightly) bemoan all the lost kung fu classics from HK's film history, the majority of these non kung fu titles will probably never be heard from or viewed again.
