THE A-TEAM is 20th Century Fox’s big-screen adaptation of Stephen Cannell’s popular ’80s-era action-comedy series of the same name about a team of mercenaries-fir-hire operating in the Los Angeles underground while on the run for a crime they didn’t commit. It stars Bradley Cooper as ladies man Faceman, Liam Neeson as the group’s leader Hannibal, Sharlto Copley as “Howling Mad” Murdock, and MMA fighter Quinton “Rampage” Jackson aptly in the role of B.A. Baracus.

My first impression is that the film has nailed the TV series almost perfectly. It’s old school action and comedy in a modern, big-screen guise. The characters look and act right. The van is a beauty to behold. I feel my childhood flashing before my eyes and it’s a beautiful thing.

    THE SPY NEXT DOOR should be on DVD by the time A-TEAM comes out; therefore, as far as I can tell your plan seems pretty much airtight. Not sure I'd talk about it publicly, though.
