Coming to home video in the U.S. on December 29 are four new Chinese-language releases from Tai Seng. Titles include the Blu-ray edition of Feng Xiaogang’s war drama ASSEMBLY (2007), Herman Yau’s supernatural thriller THE FIRST 7TH NIGHT (2009), Lawrence Ah Mon’s crime drama TACTICAL UNIT – NO WAY OUT (2008), and CCTV’s 50-episode historical drama series STORY OF HAN DYNASTY (2005).
ASSEMBLY (Blu-ray)

Map King (Gordon Lam) is a taxi driver who can get to any destination imaginable. One evening he was dispatched to guide a cargo truck to a place where he only knows how to get to; the Moon and Sun Village. The remote village is known for the tragic accident of a widow named Fong (Michelle Ye), her chubby young son and a group of armed bandits who turn up at her inn seeking refuge after a bloody robbery.
