The makers of TAKEN and DISTRICT 13 are back with a new actioner. Opening in theaters on February 5 is FROM PARIS WITH LOVE, starring John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers as CIA operatives teamed up to track down a crime ring in the Paris underground and put a stop to their terrorist plot. The hook is that Travolta is a shoot-first-and-ask-questions-later type of operative and Meyers is a desk jockey in over his head. This tongue-in-cheek actioner with an attitude is the creation of director Pierre Morel and producer Luc Besson. Stunt work is overseen by Philippe Guégan (RUSH HOUR 3) and fight choreography is by Olivier Schneider who previously turned Liam Neeson into a no-nonsense badass in TAKEN.
