Well Go USA delivers the HARD REVENGE MILLY “Hyper Violence Collection,” a single-disc release containing Takanori Tsujimoto’s ultra-violent sci-fi actioners HARD REVENGE MILLY (2008) and its sequel HARD REVENGE MILLY: BLOODY REVENGE (2009).
Both films have a short running time of 44 minutes and could be viewed as two chapters in a single narrative. The disc allows the viewer to watch both films uninterrupted but credits still play at the end of the first film.
Bonus content is made up of original trailers and “Making Of” featurettes for both films.

“Making of HARD REVENGE MILLY” (44 mins.) -Extensive behind-the-scenes look at film’s production with lots of video footage and interviews with cast and crew. Many of the tricks used to create the gore effects are revealed. Director Takanori Tsujimoto discusses the film’s creative development.
“Making of HARD REVENGE MILLY: BLOODY BATTLE” (15 mins.) – This shorter featurette covering the sequel contains less interview footage and focuses more on highlighting the props, make-up effects and fight choreography. Action director Kensuke Sonomura is briefly interviewed while Miki Mizuno discusses the challenge of learning to use nunchaku in three days.
