i don’t know. i thought new police story was a big step for his acting. sure, it wasn’t good, but it was better than it would have been five years ago. and forbidden kingdom was just another step. he’ll get there eventually

JC is an action God, and I’ve been a fan for as long as I can remember. But I can’t say the same for his acting, and the truth is it makes me cringe! Watching The New Police Story, or The Heart Of Dragon all those years ago was pretty painful. He can do action but he can’t act, or rather he tries too hard to act. I’m not too excited about his new film but then, I’m hoping to be proved wrong because I think the man is a legend.

I hope the film is worth the wait and that it is will be a breth of fresh air for his die hard fans and it is good to see hm acting his own age for once, and also hopefully it will take us back to the nice and gritty poilice story 2 he should do more films like that.
