Teaser for Shinichi Fujita’s ‘Yassy’ short

A rough teaser trailer is out for the tentatively titled YASSY SMP (Short Movie Project), an indie action short film directed by DEATH TRANCE writer Shinichi Fujita and action choreographed by DEATH TRANCE director Yuji Shimonura. (WARNING: If loud metal music with screaming, profanity-filled vocals is not something you want to hear or to be heard by those around you, I suggest turning down the volume before viewing.)

The short stars Hiroko Yashiki, an up-and-coming actress currently with supporting roles in SUICIDE CLUB, DEATH TRANCE, SHINOBI: HEART UNDER BLADE, and THE MACHINE GIRL. She has a 2008 demo reel out that plays up her action credentials.

Also starring is Chuck Johnson, Sean Muramatsu, and Kensuke Sonomura.

YASSY is a co-production of Arthit, stunt team U’Den Flame Works and Worsal, a talent agency and stunt training company.
