What I'd like to know is whether these injuries will be worth the effort! Who is choreographing this film? Also, will it it be shot in the usual WKW arty way so we can't see what the hell is going on?

Agree with you 100%, Mark, on HK's veteran actors and stunt professionals. This does not surprise me about Tony Leung. He is an incredible actor and I can see that he would be totally dedicated to a project he has committed to. I am very interested in seeing how this version comes out with WKW at the helm. I'm a little surprised to see Gong Li in an action role when there are many other authentic female martial artists who could play the role.

I honestly don't think that Tony Leung is worried — or that he should be worried — over Donnie Yen showing him up on anything other than fight scenes. He probably doesn't have that much to be worried about there, either, since I get the impression that Wong's depiction of martial arts will be quite different from that of Yip/Donnie/Sammo's.

Also, Brigitte Lin is back. Huzzah.
